Normally there are many chances to become apprentice in the production department. You can have a good reference if you gain success in the internship program, the internship director will ad this reference in your application form. It is important to reveal your creativity completely, for these efforts maybe seen by important people and it can give you a jump start.

Whether the internship director helping or not, to be part of the network and know people surround you is one positive point. You can look for your own internship appliance, you can look from newspapers, ad, radio, or even ask to someone you know.
